At the moment, we can only deliver to destinations within the UK.

Estimated delivery times

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please look at the estimated dispatch time for each item on the individual product pages. If we are unable to meet these times, we will contact you to arrange a different timescale or to arrange a refund.

Parcels are sent either via the Royal Mail or with a courier service, depending on the size and weight of the order. Some orders will require a signature on delivery.

Bank holidays and postal disputes will affect our delivery times, and they may very occasionally be affected by operational matters.

Availability and liability

Orders are taken subject to availability of products. If we do not supply any products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for those products. However, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer if we do not supply them.

Lost Damaged or Late Packages

Although we do make every effort to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible and in good condition, problems do occasionally occur.

If you think your parcel is taking longer than you expected to arrive, please contact us and we will track your parcel through the Royal Mail system.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can take further action.

Return of Goods

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This does not apply to prints and other personalised products.

To cancel this contract, please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.
