Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the WorldPay secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Cards are processed immediately using the WorldPay secure system . Please do not send credit card details by e-mail. Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and all items are insured during transit. For reasons of security we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order online. If this is not convenient please contact us and we will make alternate arrangement (we will need to verify your identity to do this). All packages require a signature on delivery. Return of Goods
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This does not apply to prints and other personalised products.
To cancel this contract, please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.

VAT Charges
Where necessary VAT is included in the price. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state. VAT exempt buyers can have their VAT refunded by contacting us.

All credit card details are processed using the WorldPay secure transaction system. Details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
This web site is fully integrated with WorldPay, one of the leading secure payment systems - as approved by many of the well known high street banks. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the WorldPay secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else. All transactions are encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using Thawte digital certificates. Simply put, this site integrates with one of the most secure systems available.
Using the WorldPay system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and WorldPay. No-one else has access to this.
